• Hand wash recommended in cold water to preserve embroidery integrity.

• If machine washing is necessary, turn the garment inside out, use a gentle/delicate cycle, and wash in cold water.

• Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners.

• Do not wring; gently reshape the garment while damp.

• Hang or lay flat to air dry to prevent shrinking and maintain embroidery quality.

• Avoid machine drying to ensure embroidery remains vibrant and intact. If drying is necessary, use the lowest heat setting or air dry cycle.

Proper care helps your embroidered clothing maintain its quality and appearance over time.

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

• Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
• For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

How to Submit a Claim:

• If you notice an issue with the products or anything else in your order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address:

• If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Refund Exceptions:

• We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Initiating a Return:

• Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product to start the return process.
• Ship the product back at your own expense. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to the original method of payment.
